Jacqualine Smith is spending another Mother’s Day without her daughter, and without closure.
This year, she’s doing something different.
Smith is buying television ads to reach out to the public for that one clue that’ll help solve the murder of her daughter in 2017, and bring Justice4Courtney.
There’s a $25,000 reward in the case as well.
