The owner of McCray’s Backyard BBQ Derrick McCray is making front page news.
McCray is featured in the latest edition of The Bronco Beat, the student newspaper at Palm Beach Central High School.

News Section Editor Christina Pugliese interviewed Derrick several weeks ago at the new McCray’s BBQ location on 45th Street in Mangonia Park.
McCray speaks of the risks and rewards of being a business owner and third generation pitmaster.
